Many activities and talks are scheduled throughout the day at PWR, and we encourage you to try all of them or as many as you want. We want you to have the option of as much or as little activity you want each day, so nothing is compulsory outside of your 30-60 minute morning walk and all daily meals.
Remember: sometimes the most powerful thing can truly be taking a break from your busy daily routines. Beyond proper nutrition and stress relief, getting lots of quality sleep here is the single most important thing you can do for weight loss! That said, every day, you get to decide how you feel each morning. If you want to be busy, you stay busy. If you want free time to read and relax, you can just relax.
In addition to the list of activities and educational seminars offered below, we also provide optional transfers for excursions multiple times a week to lounge at the beach or to other sightseeing spots you wish to see during your trip. We do our thing on the island of Phuket in Thailand – and yes, it’s as good as it sounds. Our villa is nestled in the deep south of the island in a sleepy little town, a perfect spot for a revitalising holiday retreat.
