Paleo Wellness Retreat Activities, Seminars, & Excursions

Many activities and talks are scheduled throughout the day at PWR, and we encourage you to try all of them or as many as you want. We want you to have the option of as much or as little activity you want each day, so nothing is compulsory outside of your 30-60 minute morning walk and all daily meals.

Remember: sometimes the most powerful thing can truly be taking a break from your busy daily routines. Beyond proper nutrition and stress relief, getting lots of quality sleep here is the single most important thing you can do for weight loss! That said, every day, you get to decide how you feel each morning. If you want to be busy, you stay busy. If you want free time to read and relax, you can just relax.

In addition to the list of activities and educational seminars offered below, we also provide optional transfers for excursions multiple times a week to lounge at the beach or to other sightseeing spots you wish to see during your trip. Read on for the many awesome experiences you can try out during your stay.

We do our thing on the island of Phuket in Thailand – and yes, it’s as good as it sounds. Our villa is nestled in the deep south of the island in a sleepy little town, a perfect spot for a revitalising holiday retreat. We encourage and support you to aim high in the areas of transformation and pleasure!

The overall program is designed to cater for the individual needs of our guests and as such can be altered to provide the best possible fit for you. Whatever your unique interests and challenges are, we will be there at every moment of your personal journey to help you know what to do next.

Paleo Wellness Retreat Activities

The retreat itself is a dedicated facility providing you a place to rest, detox, lose weight, work out, optimise your health and restore equilibrium to your body mind and spirit.  You will renew the experience of joy in your life and be able to greet each day with the vibrant energy required to live at your personal best.
