Our program is designed to support you and your health and weight loss goals while you are with us, as well as teach you to continue and / or maintain your weight loss when you arrive home. We recommend that you attend all meals and the morning walks at a minimum, following our advice will give you the best results! All other activities will benefit you but are not compulsory. You are free to choose your level of participation, we understand that we are all individuals with different goals, abilities, fitness levels and interests.
A substantial amount. It really depends on a number of factors including – how much you weigh – people who are substantially overweight tend to lose a lot of weight quickly. There are many factors that effect your rate of weight loss including how your metabolism is working, what state your hormones are in and what your eating habits have been.
