The retreat facility is peaceful and has a good wifi connection, you most certainly can pursue your work without disruption.

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate you and your baby.  Thailand is very family friendly and so is our retreat.  Let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring your baby and we will help you in this decision in any way we can.

At some time or another you may experience hunger however if this is the case it will not last very long.  The meals and program are timed to satisfy your hunger and keep your mind occupied.

In the first week, you may be weighed every day, and after that twice per week is sufficient.

Our program is designed to support you and your health and weight loss goals while you are with us, as well as teach you to continue and / or maintain your weight loss when you arrive home. We recommend that you attend all meals and the morning walks at a minimum, following our advice will give you the best results! All other activities will benefit you but are not compulsory. You are free to choose your level of participation, we understand that we are all individuals with different goals, abilities, fitness levels and interests.

A substantial amount.  It really depends on a number of factors including – how much you weigh – people who are substantially overweight tend to lose a lot of weight quickly. There are many factors that effect your rate of weight loss including how your metabolism is working, what state your hormones are in and what your eating habits have been. Our weight loss plan addresses all these factors, when you begin eating right you will be amazed at how easily your body will lose fat and inflammation. We will use science and all our weight loss secrets to ensure you achieve your goals.
