We are the only Paleo, Keto health resort in the world. We offer you the opportunity to experience your self living up to your maximum potential. We have combined science, history and our wealth of experience to bring you the results you need to perfom better and feel and look at the top of your game.

Your paleo self is leaner, smarter, stronger and calmer. We know you will love the changes you see in your self.

Paleo eating will allow you to be super efficient at losing weight, and your fitness will improve dramatically. If you are already fit, you will find the edge you have been working for. You will quickly decrease body inflammation, this means a serious reduction in pain and discomfort.

We all want to be healthy and happy. Our job is to empower you to create the lasting changes you want.

We all need optimal nutrition, healthy sleep patterns, functional movement, positive mindset and effective stress management.

As a result of our program, autoimmune and lifestyle diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, eczema, etc.) are quickly improved. You have the power to eliminate these illnesses from your life, and we just want to show you how. Our paleo program will address hormonal imbalances, sluggish metabolism and fatigue or low energy. OUR PHILOSOPHY

If you show up expecting an ordinary health spa, prepare to be surprised. You will be relaxing while also doing real work here to learn how to change your habits for good! If you truly want to change your lifestyle habits, you’ll leave knowing how to make and maintain changes. You have a responsibility to yourself, and our most successful guests come with the intention to upgrade their whole life.

Above all we see ourselves as health educators, and our goal is to empower you to create lasting change in your life.

Underpinning our health philosophy are the importance of these four pillars: nutrition (diet), sleep, mindset, and movement. These elements are each extremely powerful in their own right and, with our guidance, will nourish your entire being.

Our definition of success is when we hear back from a guest six months (or more) later that they’ve not only kept off the weight but lost more, changing their lifestyle and building on their initial successes during their time here. This wellness retreat provides the foundation for so much more.

We understand that change is tough, we know how to make your experience easy, enjoyable and successful.

Danielle Marten is a nutrition educator and entrepreneur who founded the world’s first and only paleo wellness retreat center. Danielle hails from Australia and has been living in Phuket since 2008.

As the creator of Paleo Weight Loss Retreat’s comprehensive weight loss and lifestyle program, Danielle specializes in combining ketosis (fat burning mode), exercise, detox, and stress relief protocols for maximum impact. Her goal is to empower individuals to lose weight and regain lost energy as effectively and efficiently as possible, both while on retreat and after returning home.

Following the birth of her adorable daughter Etta Joy in 2012, she struggled to lose the thirty kilograms she had accumulated during pregnancy. It was this which inspired her to create a weight loss program combining her nutrition and personal training knowledge, as well everything she’d learned about wellness through her journey, for the most effective results. Her success led to the creation of a comprehensive and highly customizable nutrition and exercise program for others.

Her can do attitude has her doing a multitude of tasks, she always makes herself available to our guests, who benefit from her knowledge, laughter and a caring nature.

BowProgram Coordinator
Bow is our newest team member, joining us as our finance manager and program coordinator. As our in-house finance guru, Bow has work experience in international banking and has served as both an accountant at Bangkok Phuket Hospital and a Forex dealer at Mizuho Bank. She received her bachelor’s degree from Assumption University and her master’s degree in finance from Mahidol University.

Craig has over 20 years experience working in the health and fitness industry. His unique approach to transforming client’s health, body composition and wellbeing includes naturally addressing: hormonal imbalances, digestive system dysfunction, toxicity, vitamin and mineral deficiencies through an individually optimized diet, lifestyle, and supplement plan.

Intermittent Fasting

By eating your meals within a set timeframe each day, you’ll retrain your body to burn fat as fuel and experience the boost in energy from ketosis in just a few days’ time.

Our Paleo Menu consists of a high intake of plant based foods which provide us with a high fibre and net alkaline diet. We also source the cleanest most nutritious protein sources in the world, 100% anti inflammatory produce.

Get whipped into shape with a session of famous Thai boxing, called Muay Thai. Work your body into a powerful sweat as you learn to kick, punch, knee, and elbow strike in proper form.

Barefoot beach walks and swims in the Andaman are a perfect way to relax, whilst simultaneously connecting to your environment.
